Some “natural” aids that I use in the Winter and to help sooth the common cold. In my case, I have a predisposition to bronchitis and the cough can hang on for as long as 6 weeks to 3 months! Any advice or suggestions welcome!

I don’t want a book by crazy people or people trying to sell me on spiritual practices just something with natural remidies that I can try for things like colds and my sinus problems that are not harsh on the stomach like the allegra d i take is. I am going to buy a few books and I don’t want the ones that swear by some new age philosophy.

At school, we have to do a project where I have to find a lot of ancient remedies to get rid of sinus infections. The reason it is for sinus infections is because the teacher said use the most recent sickness you have had. And right now I have a sinus infection. Can any of you tell me ancient cures for this? Research it maybe? But don’t say anything like “tylenol” or something. Look into it. I really need your help!
