Sinus Medication Solution

What is a good natural remedy for a sinus infection? I’ve been taking hot showers since its onset yesterday morning and the results are only temporary. I don’t have a stove or humidifier so preferably some not involving either. Oh yeah and natural remedies only please as I don’t like to take any drugs, OTC or prescription.

my sinuses are so bad right now, i have a sinus infection, my eyes are bloodshot, i cant breathe out of one nostril, i just need some relief. my mom bought me a neilmed netti pot witht he medicine you put in it. do you know if these things really help?
i also got antubiotics and some other medicine but she said that this would help the most
