I heard if you put your index finger and your thumb on the top of your nose (between the eyes) and if you put pressure there for a few seconds and repeat that 9 more times, then your sinuses will be cleared.
LOL sorry i gave you wrong information look at the video and go to 1:44, Its fact four he says to push the top of your mouth with your tongue while pressing the top of your nose with your index finger. hope this helps.

Question by blame it on the a-a-alcohol: Will a sinus infection clear up on it’s own with out antibiotics?
I went to the doctor cuz I’ve had a cough for the past couple weeks, and they said I have a sinus infection. They gave me amoxicillin ( a type of antibiotic) but I’d rather not take it if I don’t have to. Will it clear up on it’s own without the medicine? How long will it take?

If it is viral, it clears up on its own. If it is bacterial, you need antibiotics. Either way, you have to take your chance.
