Question by Ryder McPherson: Can Claritin / Loratadine be snorted for quicker allergy relief?
I’m wondering if this is relatively safe. They take like an hour before they start working if swallowed. My allergies get really bad really fast so I was thinking this would be a faster means of clearing up my sinuses. I’ve tried researching it but all i found were the same unanswered questions.
Please don’t bother to answer if you just want to tell me not to and have no evidence to back up your opinions.

Answer by heatherlynn822 No……!!!! Especially if your sinuses are all ready irritated / inflamed!
Like my nose is just stuffed and my sinuses are like clogged. I don’t really feel to bad like cold wise I just wanna be able to clear my sinuses so I can talk with out sounding like a retard and quit blowing my nose. What medication is better to take for this? or do you know of a better one or maybe not a medication but a remedy. Please help!!! lol
I had a sore throat which switched to a chest cold and now it’s everything combined. I feel like punching someone in the face lol I’m so desperate to get better I feel so miserable
I have post nasal drip, my lungs feel like they’re on fire, I have sinus pressure, runny nose, sneezing. I stopped by Walgreens and the pharmacy technician suggested I take Claritin D and to suppress my cough take some Delsym so I purchased both and took them around 2pm. I fell asleep for a few hours, but didn’t get much relief! My nose hurts, the sinus pressure is horrible. Now my question is, I want to sleep this off. I want to take some Benadryl to knock me out and clear things up. Would it be safe for me to take this now? Thanks everyone in advance. I’m going to make some tea with honey and maybe knock someones teeth out (I’m cranky when I’m sick)
I also forgot to mention that this is my first time taking Claritin D and I read up on it and it might take about 2-3 days for it to kick in my system. I can’t wait that long which is why I wanted relief right away. Has anyone taken Claritin D before or know someone who has? If so, can you fill me in about it? Thanks.
