I’ve tried many over the counter remedies, but I always lose my voice and it stays bad until some time in January. It doesn’t seem to be contagious, I would love to find out how to get rid of it, and get my voice back!

I have a cheast pain for a couple of months, i made all of the tests, cat-scan, blood test, urine test, heart test, and everything was all right. But when i breath i feel a weird pain in my chest, and congestion and my whole respiratory sistem is congested. And my nose is constantly congested. I believe everything comes from my nose, it spread down. Because when i take the nasal spray my nose is fine and i can breath easily without any pain. So do you think that is possible that i have a sinus infection and that it goes down and block my cheast and respiratory system? is it possible a sinus infection to spread and block the respiratory system and cause a breathing problem?
i didn’t do chest x-ray because the doctors told me this cat-scan it’s much better than x-ray. and i had an astma test, and everything was fine.
I can not take any meds to due a heart problem the doctor is trying to figure out im on a betta blocker and my sinuses and chest congestion are horrible so any home remedies anything to give me some relief would be helpful Thank you.
I get them in spurts, simultaneously. Its been a year, but now I dont have health scam assistance (insurance) and I have only 4 total days worth of antibiotics. I am familiar with many natural remedies, but I wonder if someone else can suggest something moe betta.
