What are your top 10 favourite home remedies for congested sinuses? Yes, 10, no cheating! ; ^ )?

I’m pretty sure it’s hayfever/pollen as it’s just coming into spring here in Aus. I’ve got some over the counter medications and I’m downing Green Tea and spicy chili basil chicken. What are YOUR ideas?
