I have finally been getting some sinus relief using cayenne in a nasal spray. I emptied an old Afrin mister and filled it will Colloidal Silver and a pinch of cayenne pepper. I have read reports that Cayenne has a healing affect and reduces inflammation. I just wanted to make sure I’m not doing any damage to my nose lining. Does anybody know if cayenne is safe? If so it works like a dream.
