Sinus Medication Solution

If someone has

1. continued stiffness in the back of the neck, accompanied by,
2. continued eye tingling and eye pressure with on and off redness, accompanied by
3. chronic sinus inflammation
4. popping ears
5. dizziness and slight headache

which was started by a virus infection which included a swollen testicle that was cured followed by extended kissing and protected sex.

How can one identify the virus causing it? What kind of specialist doctor should be consulted? What is the method of diagnosis and treatment?

For the past 2 years, I’ve been experiencing sinus problems. I had never had them before, until then.
What causes a sinus infection? Is it my diet? I eat TONS of fruits, vegetables & whole grains
