Sinus Medication Solution

I came up positive on this for a job random check and I am scared and shocked, I do not take them. I do take antidepressants, sinus relief spray, wellbutrin SR, trazadone rarely, lamictal, over the counter Stackers, herbal tea’s and a lot of coffee. Any ideas please. Thought I was illegally drug free! Pat

I’ve been eating SPICY food the past couple days and now I have a sinus infection.
Is there a connection?
Can SPICY food cause a sinus infection?

We’ve also been dealing with a ton of stress due to illness and a death in the family…which may have added to it.
I’ve had type 2 diabetes for 1.5 years and now that my sinus infection & the family member’s illness is better & the stress is passing my glucose readings are almost normal again.
I would appreciate any thoughts.

I don’t have a runny nose or sneezing, but I have a lot of pressure on my head behind my ears and my eyes are watery. I feel dizzy and my vision is a little shakey. Has anyone had this with a sinus infection or allergies?

I feel like I have a sinus infection and every once in a while I get nausea and I hate it. I get a fever to once in a while. I have alot of pain in the front of my head and near my eyes to. Help me figure this out please.
