Sinus Medication Solution

So I had a terrible allergy attack yesterday, and now I’m all congested. Also my muscles (arms and legs) are aching terribly? Why is this and how can I make it stop. I’m already taking Tylonel sinus and pain relief, but it’s not doing anything. Help!
