Sinus Medication Solution

I dont get it.. I try antibiotics, claritin, oil of oregano, benadryl, neti pot…. never clears anything up and my blood tests are always fine… I can never ever get relief and its depressing and crippling my life…. it gets so bad I dont want to work, go out, or do anything but stay in the house… I also get sweat profusely alot but the doctors never say anything wrong…. what can I do I want my life back !!

I was tested negative twice in two months and now i can feel my sinus infection coming back somehow i had a little blood in my mucus after sniffling. and my nasal cavity is dry and so is the back of my mouth when i woke up this morning. Is this a sign of the acute hiv illness?

My daughter is 24 and had been taking allergy shots but has since lost her insurance and can no longer afford the shots. What can be done naturally

We’ve also been dealing with a ton of stress due to illness and a death in the family…which may have added to it.
I’ve had type 2 diabetes for 1.5 years and now that my sinus infection & the family member’s illness is better & the stress is passing my glucose readings are almost normal again.
I would appreciate any thoughts.
