This has been going on for a couple of days now and I’ve tried everything. I’ve used my month supply of antibiotics, decongestants, antihistimines, everything to no avail….
my sinuses have been blocked and painful for sometime now. i’ve tried all the nasal sprays on the market some work for a short time others do nothing at all. i’m hoping maybe somebody may know some home remedies or even over the counter stuff not widely known about. thank you very much in advance.
It must be one of the most annoying aspects of being sick with a cold or the flu. It constantly feels like I’m driving up a mountain and my ears need to pop, but they never do.
Sudafed works sometimes if the problem was just caused by sinus pressure, but more often than not, it persists, sometimes even after other symptoms of the illness go away.
i have tried decongestants, eating lots of fruit, drinking lots, vitamin tablets, garlic etc nothing works! my sinus’ are so blocked!! any advice for a quick relief without spending loads or having to search for unusual vitamins?
