have itchy eyes and blocked sinus tried normal cold remedies have not worked

I’ve got the remains of a sinus/cold and now I have a blocked nose and stuffy head left. Anyone know of anything that will work other than sudafed type things? I’ve tried inhaling steam and it works for a short while but doesn’t seem to clear things up.
