I hate allergies. Lately, sleeping has been horrible for me cuz have to cough up or blow my nose for mucus. My throat also hurts n itch every morning since past week.
I already use a nose spray. What do u suggest I take to end my discomfort?

Answer by ckm1956 Since most are viral, treating the symptoms are the only options. Lots of water and rest.
If it continues for close to a week, it might be bacterial and you’ll need to see a doctor.
