Sinus Medication Solution

I have had very severe sinus headached for about 7months. Only pain on my left side. Gets worse when I lie down, and affects my vision on my left eye. I take approximately 30 sinus headache pills a day. I take 2-4 pills every 2-4 hrs, even at night I have to wake up to take them. They are tearing up my stomach very bad. I think I’ve developed an ulcer from them b/c I vomitt all time, especially after I eat or drink soda. I been treated for sinus infections and migraines. I have yet to find anything that helps. I also use the “Nasa Flo” system which is a saline solution rinse. No Help. Can anyone please give me some suggestions for something, medicine or natural, to try.

My co-worker complains everyday about it, it’s pretty serious. Take 800 mg Tylenol.

I am just seeing if anyone has any “homemade type” remedies instead of an antibiotic for a sinus infection. My 13 yr old son has been having a congested nose for few days to a week and I just noticed this morning that when he blew it it was sorta yellow. not greenish yet, I have been giving him cold medicine, not too much just maybe a dose a day and it seems to have kept it at bay. But just curious to see in anyone knows of anything else to do to kept it from turning into a full blown sinus infection.
