Sinus Medication Solution

Nasal congestion especially when you sleep at night, heaviness in the head and associated headache.

I take claritan daily, but still have post nasel drip. Today i have a stuffy nose and am sneezing a lot. I have headaches often too. And the crevice of my eye, i believe my lacrmal bone hurts when i close my eyes or rub my eyes. Does anyone know if this sounds like a sinus infection or something else and what i can do to help it feel better.
