Here is the deal. I have chromic sinunitis, so I am prone to getting sinus infections quite often. It is pollen season here, and for the past three weeks, I have been suffering with congestion, sinus pressure, and headaches during the day and at night. It’s affecting my work and my sleep. The town where I live doesn’t really have great doctors, but I have seen one. I have finished that prescription which has not helped. I have another appointment tommorow with this doctor. What I need is something to break it up and make my sinuses drain so I can relieve that pressure, etc, and I think everything that I have been trying has done right the opposite. I have tried sudafed, vicks nasal spray, and some other nasal spray that doesn’t work. I am looking for any suggestions that might help me get some relief until I can get to the doctor tommorow???

For about 1-1/2 years I’ve had a constant sinus infection. My doctor and allergist have tried numerous regimes of antibiotics but it never seems to go away. Can sinus infection cause other ailments?
