I’ve been suffering from ear/sinus pressure a little over a week now. I’ve been to my doctor and he said that I don’t have an infection, just pressure. I’ve been taking Sudafed, with no luck. I’m now trying Mucinex D and Claritin D. No relief so far. Has anyone else ever had this happen? How long can I expect the pressure to last? It’s driving me crazy!!!
i have had a sinus congestion thing for over a month probably two now and there is no sign of relief. who has an idea of how to either get rid of or relieve it?
i have tried decongestants, eating lots of fruit, drinking lots, vitamin tablets, garlic etc nothing works! my sinus’ are so blocked!! any advice for a quick relief without spending loads or having to search for unusual vitamins?
When I squeeze my fingers in between my eyes i feel what feels like stuffed sinus but it makes a really loud noise and it seems infinite. sometimes causes minor headaches, but when i squeeze between my eyes again provides minor relief of headache/stress….HELP DIAGNOSE WHAT THIS IS
I have a sinus infection and everytime I blow my nose I get excruciating pain in my inner ear. That leads me to believe that I am forcing mucus into my ears when I blow my nose. My local family physcians are closed today and I cant afford to pay a huge hospital bill just for a cold or flu. Does anybody know some good home remedies for relieving this pain in my ears?
