Sinus Medication Solution

I’ve had this sinus headache for a little over 24 hours – I’ve tried some Sudafed, sleeping it off, that “Head On” that you rub on your forehead. I have to go to work tomorrow… Any suggestions for relief?

I have a sinus infection I’ve been fighting off for a bit now. This morning, I woke up with little red dots all under my eyes. They don’t span over the bridge of my nose. My first thought was allergic reaction. I am on Tylenol sinus, which I have taken before with no ill effect, and I have not switched beauty or cleansing products lately. Is it from the infection itself, possibly?
They are small dots- aren’t raised like pimples, don’t hurt, and kind of look like an abrasion. Any ideas?

I’m pretty sure I have a sinus infection and I’m going to see my rhuematologist on Friday (today is Wed.). Can he prescribe something or do I need to go to a MD tomorrow?

It’s kind of the same feeling you get in your throat right before you throw up. Is that normal? I’ve never had a sinus infection before.
