Answer by LadyBug Eat spicy food if you can tolerate it. Chinese food and really spicy hot sauces trigger nasal drainage for me and I get relief. Also, tilt your head over a sink with hot steamy water and inhale steam. Directional head tilt helps to relieve pressure on the sinuses and promote drainage. I leaned this from a doctor.
Also, get yourself a sinus rinse system at the store and follow the directions. Worked for me.
Question by peachy girl: Sinus headache/pressure?
I have sinus headache constantly. I just finish two rounds of antibiotics for sinus infection and still feel sinus pressure on the forehead. The cause of my sinus is allergies – pollen, dust, mold – all year around. I already been taking Allegra, nose spray Nazorex. Any natural remedies?

Answer by Diana J I also have a lot of sinus headaches, year round. The best remedy that I found was saline nasal mist. An allergist and an ENT doctor told me it was the best thing I could do for stuffiness, pain and pressure. Even when I feel better I continue to use the saline mist each and every day, a few times throughout the day.
Question by mazzie: Severe Sinus Problems—ragweed?
I have severe sinus problems. I’ve seen an ENT doctor and a neurologist with no results. Currently I am suffering from what I think is ragweed allergy. My only syptoms are severe sinus pain and general sick feelings (nausea, temperature fluctuation, fatigue) I use a nasal spray and take Zyrtec daily. They help a little. Any ideas, suggestions? I am particularly interested in trying some homeopathic remedies.

Question by somethingtrinity: I have a good remedy for sinus/allergy problems?
I just received my order in the mail yesterday of cholorfresh. I went home last night and took a tablespoon in a glass of water around 5pm. At 9pm my sinus started to drain like crazy. For the first time in months, I felt like I could breath. (I thought this may have just been a coincidence). This morning I took another tablespoon at 8:30 and by 9:30 it was happening again. I can’t wait to see what happens after taking this product over this next month.
Have you ever tried this before?
I have been corrected for my spelling. llol
It is spelled chlorofresh liquid

You may find it cheaper than this is you do a search.
I also wanted to add that I use to make alfalfa tea years ago. After drinking it for a short time, I never felt better!
For those wanting to loose weight, this can help. It suppressed my apetite, I quit craving sugars and carbs. I had more energy – I use to get on the treadmill about 3 times a day for 20 minutes!

Answer by C Sunshine Haven’t heard of it, where did you buy it?
Gargling with salt stirred in warm water usually helps a lot,
but sounds good!
