*I have tried most over the counter cold/flu meds
*Could it be allergies?
*I dont feel bad, just have a stuffy head and runny nose
*Any thoughts are most appreciated!

    It sounds like it could be seasonal allergies. My youngest child and I have this also. Try taking Claritin or Zyrtec daily. They both take several days to work (if you have high blood pressure, check with your Dr. first). Another “trick” I use is to put a few drops of peppermint oil on an old rag and keep it near my pillow at night – the vapors will help clear your nose and it won’t interrupt your sleep like some medicines can (Sudafed = difficulty sleeping and Benadryl = too sleepy).

    It could be allergies from the outside or if you got a new pet or a new brand of product.
