I’m in the middle of moving and can’t get to the doctor until next week. What can I take for my sinus infection until then? Thanks!

Get a netti pot you can get them at most major pharmacies. I found mine at a CVS ( don’t know if you have those where you live ) the brand name on mine is SINU CLEANSE. they work wonders, they also help prevent you from getting sinus infections in the future. Believe mme I used to get at least three a year and have terrible allergies. It has changed my life. It will be a little uncomfortable at first but try to stick with it, you will be amazed

You need a decongestant. The best you can do is Pseudoephedrine…the real stuff, available behind the pharmacy counter, it is OTC, but you have to ask for it. The stuff in the aisle at the drug store is crap, doesn’t do anything. Other than that, steam, like in a hot shower helps alleviate the symptoms. Hope you feel better! Good Luck!

sudufed….but NOT the PE, go to the pharmastist, show your id, and you can buy it, does not need a script.
