sinus trouble and immediate remedy please?
Posted by: Alan in sinus remedies, tags: Immediate, Please, Remedy, Sinus, Trouble...i am suffering from a very bad sinus u cud say. heavy pressure on the top of my head with a very very sore neck pain. i tried to take excerdirn but it does not give me immediate relive. please sugest me a good pill that gives immediate relive and also natural remedies are welcome. please help me immediatly to get better. its killing me!!!!

my doctor actually told me when this happens while in the shower cup your hands and let water fill it up and sniff it up into one nostril then blow it out and do the same for the other one. its real uncomfortable but it works for me

Try steam. And try a tea with lemon or ginger in it.

those are awful, i know.. try sinu cleanse.. its this solution that you mix and put in your nose to clean out everything.. just go to a pharmacy and ask them where it is..

Use a saline nasal spray such as Afrin. Be careful though that you use the spray EXACTLY as directed because a side effect is dependency. The spray will clear and drain your passages. If your sinus problems are regular, you may want to see an ENT (Ear-Nose-Throat) specialist and have them use a sinuscope to determine the root cause of your sinus problems. They may do a sinoscopy (sinus surgery) to do a thorough clearing of your passages. Sinoscopy is usually an outpatient procedure, so you are in and out in a day. It has helped thousands of people with similar sinus symptoms that you have.
