Check out Celiac Disease. It’s often undiagnosed/misdiagnosed as several other problems. The trick is that one can have it and not have any obvious symptoms, plus the symptoms can be all over the board. However, I do know that it is what was causing my daily headaches when even a neurologist couldn’t figure it out. It is also very, very likely to cause anxiety and depression.

If you are having a brain MRI in the morning, you won’t have to wait long to get your answer. Good luck! I hope everything is OK but I also know the frustration of not knowing what the cause is. After the MRI your doctor will be better able to advise you.
If your MRI is normal….and you are still having these problems, try going to a chiropractor. (Yes for headaches!) Years ago, I had a headache for 3 months. Every test came back normal. Someone talked me into going to a chiropractor. I did and it turned out my TMJ was out of line. (Temperomandibular Joint). He put his thumb on the roof of my mouth and realigned it in just 2 visits and I haven’t had a headache since!
So good luck!
