Would A Sinus Infection Or Strep Throat Go Away Without An Antibiotic?

My friend has one more month at her job before she gets put on insurance and she is sick. She keeps getting worse and thinks she either has a sinus infection or strep throat. WIll it go away on its own or will she need an antibiotic to clear it up? If it is an infection what will happen if she doesn’t take anything for it?

it’s possible but there is also the possibility it could get worse and turn into bronchitis or phenomena. my doctor didn’t want to give me a script because she feels meds are over presecibed. So i let my strep throat go and ended up with both.

well it might take a longer time to go away without an antibiotic, should could try taking over the counter sinus or throat medication.
