Please give a home remedy for chronic sinus?

well it will take a few days for this to help but you can try it. Good luck.
Saline just flush your nose a few time during they day and do it everyday. and take Vitamin C about 3 time a day for about 4 days and do not sleep with your windows open at night.

WELL WHAT I USED TO DO WAS ……heat some water in a small pan….then put 2 spoonfulls of VAPORUB…(its a cough supresant your supposed to rub on your neck and chest) but in this case just inhale it for 3 minutes…do this for 2 months every night and maybee itll work out for you too

I don’t know that there is a cure for it, but I can give you some advice that helps me with sinus congestion during allergy attacks. Boil some water. once it is hot and steaming, add some eucalyptus oil to the water, and place a towel over your head and the water to trap in the steam. breath the steam in through your nose. It helps me alot when I cannot get rid of the sinus headaches from allergies. I hope it also helps you.
