Could it be a second round of bronchitis, allergies, or sinus infection?

I do not have a headache, my face is not tender, but I have a lot of drainage down the back of my throat, I’m stopped up, and I have a productive cough. I can feel the mucus moving around in my lungs when I breath deep.

I had bronchitis about a month ago, took anitbiotics, felt better for two weeks but am now having the same symptoms. Could this be a second round of bronchitis, allergies, or a sinus infection?

If you feel it in your lungs its likely bronchitis or pneumonia and you should go get listened to and possibly an xray immediately before it gets out of hand.
