could a sinus infection cause your ear to hurt and bleed?

Just this past week ive gotten a really bad cold. Well in the past 4 days or so {this is really gross sorry} when i blow my nose i see tiny specks of blood in my snot and my ears are plugged up pretty bad. When i took a shower lastnight and was cleaning my ears i found ALOT of blood in my ear wax. Can anyone tell me if this is caused by a sinus infection or is it just a really bad cold??

I don’t know hon, but I think you should really go to the doctor. I’ve never had ears bleeding, although I’m just getting over a sinus infection. My infection caused a lot of pressure behind my eyes, but no ear problems. You should get that checked out. good luck! I hope it’s nothing serious.

Ok I understand about blood in your nose that is normal but blood in your ears that is dangerous please go see a doctor because your ear drums must be perfeated to be able to produce even a little blood.
YOu nose can bleed from blowing it too hard that is OK
