Call and ask your doctor. When I was pregnant I was told I could have Tylenol and saline solution but if you don’t like the nasal spray I’m not sure.

    Good luck and congratulatoons

First thing is a saline rinse. Either through a netti pot or just in a bottle. If you spray it in your nose it will help cleanse it and moisturize it.

If you have allergies claritin and zyrtec are both safe for pregnancy, but need to be taken once a day to be fully effective.

I also use benadryl (at the advice of my doctor and it is safe through your whole pregnancy). I take one a night to help clear my sinuses and help me sleep.

None of these are addictive and none will harm the baby. I have terrible sinus allergies and this has really helped me through my pregnancy.
