is a sinus infection a reason to stay home from work?

ive had a headache for two weeks now on the top of my head i went to the dr today and she had me lean forward and asked me if i felt dizzy and i did so she told me i have a sinus infection and my nose is stuffy, is this a reason to stay home from work?

Oh man i wonder if i’m getting a sinus infection because i’ve had a headache for 4 days now and i’m a little dizzy =/ . If you’re feeling like i’m feeling then i don’t think it’s a bad idea to stay home from work until you get a little better, you wouldn’t want to pass germs around.
