How do i get rid of a sinus infection without going to the doctor?

im not even sure wat kind of infection it is. Thick yellow golden mucus with blood in it but only when i wake up in the morning ant at night. ive had it for a month now

during the day, i just get regular clear drainage

My chest feels fine but i do cough sometimes.

any home remedies. can i wait it out

Some times you can just take musinex dm and use Ayr nasal mist. But if you’ve had it for a month you really should go to the doctor becase you probally need antibiotics
