I normally get a sinus infection this time of year and I think its coming now. I start with the feeling of major drainage in the back of the throat.
Is there anything I can do NOW so I don’t feel really horrible?
It might not be a sinus infection but its feeling that way right now.
Thanks
oh and I can’t use the nasal rinse stuff. I just can’t do it.

Grab a bottle of water with an Alka Seltzer Cold & Flu, and either an Emergen C or an Airborne mixed into it. That usually works for me. Sometimes I get it anyway, but they’ll usually only last a couple days instead of a couple weeks.

    Here’s what you do
    1) Get more sleep
    2) Breathe in steam, it doesn’t feel weird like the nasal irrigation, and it will break up all the sticky mucus that makes the back of your nose feel congested.
I get these ALL the time. Everything I’m telling you is just from my own personal experience, I’m no doctor, but you may want to ask your doctor about it.
