Alright, i don’t know what helps post nasal drip. Does a expectorant or a nasal decongestant help post nasal drip?????????? because i have it all in my throat?

Also, mucinex did not help, and it is just an expertorant. Now i am about to take something called MUCUS RELIEF SINUS and it has

Guaifenesin 400 mg…..expectorant
&
Phenylrphrine HCL 10 mg…..Nasal Decongestant in it

So since it has Nasal Decongestant in it, will it help my POST-NASAL -DRIP

It should help to dry it up. Otherwise you may have a sinus infection and need an antibiotic.

I forgot what they are called but I would get one of those bottles that you mix some salty solution in water and bend your head over the tub and rinse each nostril. I have it and it does wonders but I forgot whats its called. Walgreen’s and Eckerds carries it. It cleans not only the inside the nose but your entire Sinus cavity.

    Edit.
Its called NeilMed Sinus Rinse. They have many variates.

Antihistamines (like Benedryl) may slow the drippy nose. Another OTC product is “Simply Saline” which is a nose spray.
