The first track practice of the season is in half an hour and i don’t want to miss it. But this morning at about 8:15 my vision was blurry and I couldn’t focus my eyes. expecting it to be a migraine I went to the nurse and she made me drink an entire gatorade. After about an hour my head started to hurt in the front aroung my forehead and it hurt severly until my dad brought me some tylenol. it still hurt for the rest of the school day but not very bad. now it only hurts when i run or jump and it hurts in the back. I’m not sure if this part is apart of my migrane or a sinus headache as it has been much much warmer than usual today and I have seasonal allergies. I took another dose of tylenol, how else can I relieve it fast!?

since Ibuprofen and tylenol have different ingredients you can one while the other is in your system. Take some Ibuprofen.
The blurry vision could be a symptom of a migraine. I get it to.
It lasts for 10-20 min. then its gone.

You can try ulracet. It might be a prescription med depending on where you live. It is a strong pain med. But I would advice you not to take too much pain med regularly. You will end up getting rebound headache- headache from medication overuse.
Don’t take your pain meds more than 3 times a week.
