Can you tell me if I have a sinus infection?

Is this an infection?

That sounds like a migraine headache.

migraine is a possibility. i suggest you see a doctor rather than seek help on the internet.

It could be a sinus headache. You have four sets of sinus cavities. One set lies behind the forehead. You can be sensitive to light also, as you would be if it was a migraine. It could be an inflammation of the sinuses due to exposure to dust, smoke, mold, allergens etc. It may not be a sinus infection YET. Nurse Addison
