I have sinus drainage and a sore throat. What are some over the counter medicines I can take?

My throat hurts really bad and I have a lot of Sinus Drainage. What are some over the counter medicines I can take to make it feel better? I don’t need any remedies, though. Thanks!

your question is confusing. anyway, try Dayquil for symptoms. buy and use a sinus flush. any pharmacy carries them. my wife uses one for sinus pressure. it helps. a mix of apple cider vinegar and honey is soothing for a sore throat.
