A couple of weeks before New Years, I got a sinus infection? I stopped taking antibiotics so I could drink on New Years Eve? I still have a sinus infection? Can I still start on the Amoxicillin I was taking when I first got the sinus infection?

You should head back to the doctor and get a new prescription. When antibiotics are prescribed, the patient is given a specific dosage for a certain time period. If the entire course is not taken, the infection will not go away, and can get worse again. So even if you took the rest of the medicine, it’s not the dosage you were supposed to have. It’s not going to get rid of the infection – you need a full course of antibiotics to do that.
