I had surgery for a deviated septum 15 years ago, and I still have debilitating allergies. Any advice?
Posted by: Alan in Sinus Relief, tags: Advice, Allergies, Debilitating, Deviated, Septum, Still, Surgery, yearsI have tried using a neti pot to flush my sinuses with saline solution, but all too often the water refuses to flow (even if I have the correct alignment, and wait for 5 minutes there is not budging!). Usually antihistamines will provide some relief, but right now I have no relief with them. Does anyone have any advice for me?

My allergies were as bad as yours at one time, but my doctor
gave me a prescription for prednizone and I haven’t had one
symptom since then and that was about ten years ago.
Because prednizone is a steroid you don’t want to take it for
very long, so what I did was take two a day for five day’s and
that was it. See what your doctor say’s about it. Good luck!

The macrobiotic way of eating may help you, seriously. It sounds like an extreme way of eating, but plenty of people have had dramatic results…
