I suffer from sinus headaches, what homeopathic remedy can anyone suggest? OTC remedies don’t work 4 me.?
Posted by: Alan in sinus remedies, tags: Anyone, Don't, From, Headaches, Homeopathic, Remedies, Remedy, Sinus, suffer, Suggest, WorkI get them so bad at night that I now have to sleep with a knit cap on my head to keep my head from swimming. I miss swimming with my kids because I’m always thinking the water in my ears will make my head swirl. I feel like my head is filled with water and my ears and eyes ache. I was diagnosed with Vertigo but was told there was nothing to cure that. (what is that actually?) Needing HELP!! Thx.

only thing i can say is sorry your just going to have to suffer like the rest of us i have really bad sinuses all year round and had surgery three years ago. As for homeopathy or hollistic healing its a bunch of garbage. I wouldnt waste my time or money on that stuff.

Being that your request is spcifically about homeopathy…It might work and it might not, but I find Bach’s Rescue Remedy to be great!

Did you have a regular physician check your ears to rule out fluid in your middle ear?
Although there isn’t any strong naturopathic remedies for headaches. Valerian root is said to alleviate pain and it acts as a sleep aid. You need to go to the source of your problem and have someone help you determine what is causing this. It might be a good idea to consult with an ENT because it could be something a little more serious. Sorry but vertigo is a symptom of a condition. Something going on in your head region is causing your dizziness.

Any steam inhalation at least 3 times a day…. Candle cone or any newspaper will do the same job … the water in your ears will be gone as 1…2….3…
