Flush it out with sterile saline solution, the kind made for the nose (not the contact lens kind).
Inhale it through your nose and spit it out your mouth.

You will either get well in time without antibiotics (although it may take a LONG time), or you will get a whole lot sicker. Either way, there’s very little reason not to take antibiotics when you’re ill with something like this. This is especially true if you’re prone do bronchitis, as sinus infections can cause drainage which can in turn caus bronchitis.

The best solution is to go to the doctor and take the medication prescribed to you. For sinus infections, this usually means taking antibiotics.
You can alleviate some of the symptoms by taking analgesics (pain relievers) such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) and an antihistamine. However, if you leave a sinus infection untreated, it can lead to more serious problems, such as meningitis or blood clots.
Infections are treatable. You should treat them with antibiotics, which your doctor will prescribe.
