I always use OTC Advil Cold & Sinus gel caps…I think they work great!

try daily steams with eucalyptis oil added to the water. and try to limit dairy as this causes more mucus to build up and can worsen your symptoms. also try acupressure techniques (like squezing in bewteen the eyebrows-eyesocket area, beside each nostril) for lessening symptoms

i would say use a neti pot. then start taking some olive leaf to heal the infection and build up your immunity.

I actually just got over one! I cant believe it went away. I used a Netti pot with golden seal in it. golden seal is like a antibacterial. I also used Kold Kare, i bought it from a local natural store. feel better!
