is this a sinus infection or something worse?

I’ve been sick for a while. My nose is always runny and its just regular mucus, but when I blow my nose its about half blood and half mucus on the tissue. Sinus infection or maybe something worse?

I’ve also got a bad cough but thats it, no fever or muscle aches or anything.

It sounds like a sinus infection and the cough could be from a post nasal drip.
There are OTCs for your symptoms.
Any allergies?
