How Soon Does Medicine For A Sinus Infection Start Working?

I’m taking cefuroxime axetil. My only symptom of a sinus infection is hives, and I can’t wait for them to go away.
I take it twice a day for 2 weeks and have taken 3 pills so far.
When should it kick in?

It takes 3 days roughly to start feeling the effects.
