Had sinus infection but randomly just stopped today? Is it gone or coming back?

I had it yesterday yannow lots of green mucus constantly blowing my nose. sinus pressure. and today it just stopped. i coughed up some green mucus this morning and had a little coughing but it pretty much just vanished. i havent taken any medicine bc i had a performance at disney concert hall and was too busy take anything. anyways, is the sinus infection gone for good or is it probably gonna come back tomorrow? thanks!

Yellow or green mucous doesn’t. Always mean a sinus infection. It could be that it wasn just allergies and that is why it’s gone. However if you tend to get bad ones like I do, steem your face over a hot sink full of water and a towel over your head for the nest 2 days just to be on the safe side. Also drink lots od water and if you have a neti pot use it!!!!! GoodLuck
