Try using Sudefed (with pseudoephedrine), it is a decongestant and helps clear out your sinuses.

“Otrivin” is the best product out there for getting rid of those uncomfortable nasal clogs. Application of the product is not the best feeling as it has to be squirted up the nose, but it works SO well, I swear by it! In fact, I have a bottle sitting beside my bed right now!! I’ll give you some tips to REALLY unclog that nose:
-Spray the otrivin far up into your nose. If you’re not comfortable with the spraying (like me), just stick the tip in your nose and tilt your head and the bottle back, allowing it to drip into your nose. Leave it for awhile.
-Tilt your head very far back and cover the nostril that is NOT clogged with your finger by pushing on it so you cannot breathe through that nostril. Sniff hard so that the Otrivin goes far up your nose.
-Keep doing this until your nose is finally unclogged. Congratulations!!

Boil some water (in a tea kettle or a saucepan) pour it into a metal bowl or large sauce pan, put a glob of vicks vapo rub (or any other kind of mentholated chest rub) in the boiling water, drape a towel over your head, and stick your head in the steam above the bowl (make sure the towel is going over the front of your head, keeping the steam from escaping too quickly) this usually helps me with congestion.
As far as getting rid of the pain goes, I usually take benadryl to help clear the congestion and put me to sleep. If this is still a problem, definately go see the doctor, you may have a sinus infection. Get Better Soon!!

I also have sinus problems. I use afrin no drip sever congestion and it worked very well. If you want a more all natural product try sinusbuster.com Their sinusbuster works miracles and is alot better for you in the long run. You would have to order the sinusbuster so the afrin will be a faster med for you since you can buy it anywhere.

You can try a nasal decongestant spray. Decongestant sprays reduces congestion by constricting blood vessels. If your not feeling better soon, you might want to see a doctor you could have sinusitus which may require an antibiotic.
