I don’t have health insurance and now am starting to get the symptoms of a sinus infection. Badly plugged up, yellow mucus, and sinus pain. I’m very concerned! Is there anything I can do to cure my sinus infection without having to take antibiotics?

You can try doing a saline type rinse…. there is something called a netipot that works well. You mix warm water, baking soda, and sea salt then pour it into the netipot (following the directions it comes with) and it rinses out the sinuses REALLY well. I have also heard you can mix warm water with just sea salt and sniff it up your nostrils to clean the sinuses. Oprah had a doctor on her show the other day with some of these ideas… maybe her website has a link.
