Go for garlic pills. My sister had very bad sinus when she was young. After my mum bgt her some garlic pills, and she takes it religiously every morning after breakfast for only 2 months, her sinus seldom return unless shes in a very dusty place. That was 10 years ago and she swears by garlic and recommending it everytime anybody has sinus. If you can stand the taste, taking raw garlic should do well too, but the pills form is more convenient.Try it, you wont regret it.As an extra info, garlic is good for the heart, stomach and lungs too.

you can try boiling water w/ oregano and breathing in the steam or you can try the neti pot. It’s a ceramic tea pot looking thing that you fill w/ a salt water solution and “rinse” out your sinuses. My roommate swore by it.http://www.healingdaily.com/exercise/net…

Asian Indians have been using neti pots for thousands of years. You mix a little sea salt with warm water and rinse out the sinus cavities. Look them up on line and save tons of money. Ears/Nose/Throat Drs. perscibe the practice as well.
