Any relief, it can be short term, i am going to the Doctor again, but How do you get sinus infections also?

Salt water. You can buy a spray solution from a grocery store and then make your own when it runs out.

Ask your pharmacist for Menthol Crystals. They are super cheap and they WORK!! You just put a couple in boiled water (off the stove) and breath the vapors – Don’t breath too deeply at first. I use them all the time when I’m stuffed up or my sinuses are sore. They work every time.
