Clogged ear after sinus cold, pain has gone away but I still can’t hear..?

This is driving me insane. I had a sinus cold all last week, which led to slight coughing and now an ear ache w/a slight fever. The fever has slacked off as well as the coughing, and the pain in my ear has gone away but its got that ‘water in the ear’ feeling.

I tried ear drops (CVS pain relief), diluted peroxide, taking a hot bath submerging my ear, i even tried a heating pad but nothing will get it to go away.

What can I do???

You might have ear wax buildup. I get that a lot, about once every 2 months, and I need to go to the doctor and she can remove it. Do not put q-tips in your ears. If you do not have insurance you can try Debrox, it is OTC.
