I was diagnosted with food allergies, the worst thing is that I am allergic to wheat and milk. I started an allergy shot treatment with my doctor and got much better on my allergies but had to take a diet of rotating foods. because of increase food allergy sensibility after the treatment.

This became a huge problem, “oh theres a cake” sorry Can’t eat until friday, etc.

Besides my improvements, sinusitis got worst and will have to get an operation also to correct deviated septum etc, and was told to go see another allergologist.

New allergy tests were taken and I turned out to be less alergic to previously allergic foods, example: wheat and milk. But I still got the sensibility (If I eat wheat on monday and again on tuesday I get sick).

The doctor was very confident and said “don’t worry, with these shots treatmen I will give you, you will forget about your diet in a few months”.
Could this be true?

The doctor said I will
Even though

Food allergies, along with everything else specific to your body, breaks down to your genetic codes of DNA inside every single living cell inside of you. Almost all cells besides red blood cells have nucleic acid in them (DNA or RNA) except there’s a few strings attached: scientists have realized that sometimes your cells can turn on certain genes yet flip others off, kind of like a light switch. This is likely what’s happening inside of your own body with your food allergies and unfortunitely there is no way to fix these once there’s trillions upon trillions of cells already growing, dividing and living inside of you.

With that said what you obviously have going on is a chemical swing of sorts. Check your diet and see if it follows a heavy set pattern whether you make your diet up yourself or if your doctor has a lot of influence in it. If it does then there’s big chances you’re actually a part of something that scientists are trying to prove right now: whether animals can turn on specific genes and then deactivate them when they need to. It’s already been found that plants can do this but for humans it’s never been proven. I’m sorry to say that there’s no cure for your allergies but once genetics is completely understood by the science community it will be likely to eliminate allergies permanently in the future for the unborn.

I am an allergy sufferer currently doing research on the causes/treatment of allergies.

    Here is my take

1.)the use of anti-biotics has exploded in recent years altering the bodies bowel flora which leads to a leaky-gut
type condition and predisposes the person to be more prone to allergies.
2.) repetitive eating is more common, repetitive eating exposes your immune system to one type of food over and over again and is a leading cause of allergies.
3.)environmental toxins, such as pesticides, some people are allergic to the pesticides used to grow the peanuts rather then the peanuts themselves, also the use of chemicals decreases the immune system.
4.)lack of breast feeding and bottle fed babies get twice the amount of food allergies, and also babies esposed to certain foods such as peanuts way to early causes allergies later in life.
5.)Certain foods do not agree with people biolgically or genetically for example most Chinese people are lactose intolerant because milk cows were not a raised mostly in China and milk was not an every day food.

You have a quack for a doctor. Allergy shots for foods are not effective unless you are allergic to foods that cross react with a pollen allergy. For example if you are allergic to grass then shots for grass may improve your wheat allergy but there are no guarantees. There is no proven shots for milk. Avoidance is the best.

Rotating foods for less severe food allergies works for many individuals. If you are lucky enough to be one of those people count your blessings. I have allergies to wheat, barley, rye, corn, potatoes, soy, all nuts/seeds/legumes, sulfites, chocolate, strawberries, kiwi, melons, etc. Try having to avoid all of these.
